With Valentine's Day fast approaching, I have seen many posts about fun Valentine's candy boxes! While I have not collected the lovely heart shaped boxes, I have always been attracted to the graphics on old chocolate covered cherries boxes!
I am sure many of these pieces were once given
as a sweetheart's Valentine Day gift, as well!
They are still quite affordable and are lovely little pieces of art!
Until next time...

I was intrigued reading about your passion for collecting chocolate covered cherry boxes from your collection post at Privet and Holly. Since I have always loved chocolate covered cherries I had to find your post on it. How interesting and special to see the old boxes. I love the old sweet graphics the best. My husband still kids me about eating so many chocolate covered cherries when I was pregnant and that has been too many years to count! I will enjoy following your blog as I can see we share common interests. I am out of room to collect anything new but still enjoy learning about and remembering things I have learned before and forgotten the history of. Does that make sense?
