Christmas Shopping Fun at Haupt Antiek Market...
Monday, November 22, 2010
Yesterday, I stopped by to visit my friends at this month's sale at Haupt Antiek Market in Apple Valley, Minnesota! My daughter and I were dealers at Haupt for 3-1/2 years and it is always fun to see everyone and the wonderful items they have for sale! This month's theme was Holiday Traditions and the place was full of wonderful Christmas goodies! Thought I would share some of the great items and vignettes for those of you not close enough to stop by! There's lots of eye candy and fun ideas from all of the creative dealers!
Outside the shop had lots of great greenery and arrangements...
I love how this old tin picnic basket was used ...
Hope you enjoyed the visit and are inspired for your Christmas decorations, too! The next monthly sale is Dec 2, 3, 4, and 5th~ Silver and Gold...I can't wait!
I am linking up with Vintage Inspiration Friday
Until next time...
Linda

Great vignettes! The picnic basket it beautiful. My sister has an old box spring that's not working with the bed she bought with it for some reason. And it's that cool turquoise blue color. I NEED to get her to cut some springs out before her son tries to scrap it!

Oh my goodness what a fantastic shop!!! Thank you for sharing, such great holiday decorating ideas!
ReplyDeleteLinda, Thanks for sharing!!! I love the red window frames & the word MERRY above them. And all the skates! A couple of years ago I bought a pair of childs skates (white) & frosted them with CLEAR glass glitter. I replaced the dirty ties with vintage cream seam binding & silver snowflake trim. These are hung in the middle of the wreath (covered in snowflakes) in my guest bathroom. Skates just make me smile! HUGS!
