A Few Fun Finds...
Wednesday, November 3, 2010
It's been awhile since I've done any treasure hunting at the thrift stores, so today I stopped at Goodwill and found a few goodies! Look at this huge basket! I love the rustic look and think I'll have plenty of uses for it! Another fun find was this galvanized watering can~ it has a little different shape than others I've found, and the long spout is great!
This large platter was the best find of the day! It is a Copeland Spode piece in the green Valencia pattern!
The edge decoration reminds me of Belleek and I love the delicate berry and leaf decoration...
I plan to use this funny old book for the graphics...
Every page is full of trivia questions...
It's always fun to do a little thrift store shopping! Hope you're having a little fun this week, too!

Hmmm..I feel a trip to Good Will coming on..Lol
Great finds! I have to say that our thrift and goodwill stores around here are pathetic. Every time I stop by, there is nothing even remotely interesting. I stopped at one today. And there was nothing. We must be lacking in thrift store genes around here!
