Well, the first Spring Junk Bonanza is over and a great time was had by all! Even though we had 8" of snow fall the first day (always makes for a fun shopping adventure), they still ended up with the biggest Junk Bonanza attendance ever! My daughter, Liana, and I share two spaces with our friend Kris of Cottage Dreams...Kris always finds wonderful one-of-a-kind pieces...and we enjoy blending our styles! Here's a few photos right before we opened, and were filled to the brim with goodies...and the space changes constantly over the three days as items go and we add new things!
Look at Kris's great aqua horse trough...sold immediately after opening...
We had a GREAT time and a wonderful sale, and I appreciate all of you who stopped by to say hi, too! We'll be doing it all over again Sept 26, 27, and 28th, 2013! The Junk Bonanza blog is sharing lots of photos from the event if you'd like to see more!
Until next time...I'm still resting up a little!
Oh what fun! I just love your green header. Is so soothing...

I loved your space at Junk Bonanaza! It was beautifully decorated and everyone was so friendly. As I was scrolling through the lovely photos, I saw the white cupboard with red and turqouise I purchased. It made the trip home and is now in my kitchen and starting to be filled with Fiesta dinnerware. I also live only about an hour and half from Mankato am already planning on visiting your shop soon :)
ReplyDeleteSo nice of you to stop by the blog, Paula! The cupboard is going to be wonderful in your kitchen!

Wonderful items for the Junk Bonanza. I could have had a heyday at that sale. One of these days--maybe after I retire--I'm going to make it up for a Bonanza.

ReplyDeleteDanielle
Looks wonderful Linda. So glad the snow didn't keep people away - I guess they needed the escape! Ann
ReplyDeleteI had no doubt that
ReplyDeleteyour booth would be
a success ~ you and
your beautiful daughter
have such a great eye
for what shoppers love
and how to display it!
The only wild card was
the weather and I am
happy that it didn't deter
anyone! Nothing like
determined shoppers : )
Hope you've recovered!!!
xo Suzanne
Hope you enjoyed your rest!
ReplyDeleteWhat a wonderful event this looks like :)
