It's nearly Halloween, so for my US readers it means Thanksgiving is just around the corner! I thought I would take the opportunity

Over the years I have shared many Thanksgiving posts, so many

Linda, I love all those turkeys and that big turkey platter too. Since I didn't put Halloween things into my fall decor, I am leaving it as is for Thanksgiving. Blessings to you, xoxo, Susie
ReplyDeleteThank you, Susie! It's so nice you have decor that flows through the season! Oue Halloween stuff will be gone Thursday lol!
DeleteJust got my Thanksgiving box out. Unpacked all my S&P and planter turkeys and turkey platter. Looks a lot like your first picture around here too! Wait! I just remember I have pilgrims around here somewhere. Happy Fall!
ReplyDeleteThat sounds wonderful, Susanne...why don't I have any pilgrims?
DeleteOh I am working on putting my brown and white transferware dishes on my newest cabinet, however I don't have any cute turkey salt and pepper shakers
ReplyDeleteThank you, Janice! Brown and white transferware is perfect in fall!
DeleteLove the inspiration you have here! I have never decorated precisely for Thanksgiving. I no longer do for Halloween either. And fall decor is just a dough bowl of mini pumpkins and gourds I will throw out later. A reader said she threw hers out in the garden and gourds came up!

Thank you, Brenda! Next year i want a garden...I need to try that trick!
DeleteI need to gather my rafter of turkeys and put them out! I did set my Thanksgiving table already, but I'll probably have to dust the plates before we eat :)
ReplyDeleteAh ha ha! You are way ahead of me...I'll be lucky to have the table set ON Thanksgiving Day!
DeleteTotally thanks for the Inspiration!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Diane! Inspires me to get ready, too...only three weeks away!
DeleteThe Turkey Trot is so cute! Love all your Fall goodies and Gobblers! I still have the turkey candle you sent me several years ago. I'm hoping I can put some little something together this next week!
ReplyDeleteThank you, Debra! The past posts make me want to do some decorating, too!
DeleteLove the centerpieces! Right now I just have some candles in the middle of my table. My extended family doesn't know what we're doing for Thanksgiving yet (don't even ask, lol) but if I don't host it here, I'm probably going to have just a little Thanksgiving celebration here at home the following Sunday.
ReplyDeleteWe have celebrated in many ways, on different days, and with different groups...always nice!
DeleteCute, cute turkeys. I have many of the same ones and they really are so charming, aren't they? Jane
ReplyDeleteThank you, Jane! Vintage turkeys charm me, too!
DeleteSo beautiful Linda.... I always end up smiling when I come and visit over here!
ReplyDeleteYour turkey trot especially ;)
Kx
Thank you, Karen! The turkeys make me smile, too!
