Happy November! With the passing of Halloween, I love to begin bringing in greenery and coziness! I don't start full-on Christmas decorating yet, but I love to bring in greenery and items for a woodland feeling! Today I'm sharing a few recent fun thrift store finds I can use for this cozy time of year!
I love this little old Watkins tin...I can imagine fun ways to use it for
decorating year round! The color and graphics are great!
It will be pretty with an evergreen sprig or mini tree!
I found a little alabaster bookend...and a little vase or toothpick holder
with a sterling base. Charming little accent pieces!
I found another little wood house.
It will join my small collection! If I don't like the colors, it's fun to repaint them. I generally find these for a quarter or fifty cents, so it's inexpensive fun.
I also found another church just like the one on the right, below...
that I plan to repaint for another look.

This vintage wool camp blanket was a great find!
I love the unusual colors on this one...perfect for winter decor!

I think my favorite recent find was this vintage ice cream maker! I love the colors and its small size! I have long wanted one, but they usually come
with a high price tag. I know I'll have some fun decorating with it!
Have you had any fun finds lately?
Until next time...
These are all great finds, Linda. Love the tin and the blanket best. xo Laura

ReplyDeleteHi Linda,
ReplyDeleteYou always find great pieces. The toothpick holder is neat, I would like to see what you use it for? I didn't know ice cream makers came that small. Very nice find and I'm thinking unusual.
